can a graphics card with S – Video out play back to a normal television ? if so is the picture same format as we receive in movie channels in cable , satellite , standalone DVD players ? please do not answer in $$$$ X $$$ pixels …. just a simple answer of whether the picture will be normal size if the TV is 21 ‘ ( i will use all forms of media players ; at last count i had maybe 8 in my PC . so whatever is needed i will have )
