How To Get Satellite Television On Your PC For Free

I want my BBC?

I want live, realtime BBC channel-surfing from my home in the US. As if I were sitting in London. Cost is not an issue. I’m not interested in watching recorded clips from the BBC website, or watching BBC America. (BBC America is mostly trash TV, and represents a tiny fraction of total BBC programming.)

Here is my idea. (Do you think it will work, and can you advise improvements?)
1. Find a contact in the UK who purchases an additional BBC license, and passes the cost onto me, plus a small profit.
2. Provide the contact with a PC and a Slingbox, with a password so only I can access it.
3. I log on to the Slingbox from the US and watch BBC broadcasting, just as if I were sitting in London.

Do you think this will work? How can I find a contact in the UK willing to help? (They will be making a profit). Thanks…

FYI, BBC is not available via satellite in the US.

the bbc sucks, they are very biased in their reporting and are very anti-semetic, anti-israel, etc.

So in 2011, will you too be screwed by television (BCS Bowl Games)?

I don’t get nor do I care to pay my cable company for channels I don’t want and their whacky TV packages. I will just go to getting them on internet like I do any other game not shown on my local channels.

NBA and MLB have already turned me to the internet. Hopefully NFL doesn’t do the same.

Once Cable and Satellite learns that I should be able to pay for the channels I want to watch then I will pay them. I only want ESPN and TBS, I will not pay Comcast for the other garbage they throw in and call it a “Package”. It’s “CRAP”!

Thank god, now I know that I am not alone.

Finally, someone feels my pain! I fear the worst! All of our beloved sports may one day be on cable. I don’t give a rats @$$ about most of the channels you must get if you buy cable service! I only want to pay for the channels I want to watch! This is ridiculous. They better not put the BCS on cable TV. I will be steaming if that happens.

Cable is screwing the sports world over.
