Sure, right after you make your question clear to us as what you are trying to do. Does your pc have a dish? Do you have a sat tuner on it? If you answer no to either of these questions, you aint got satellite TV on your computer! If you bought some foolish scam software claiming to give you sat tv, you got took! All they provide is pre recorded streaming video and poor quality at that. You want to watch tv on the net? Just about every TV network has streaming video and good quality movies and shows for free to begin with. All these sat tv sites do is to connect you to these already free sites.

Award winning Sling technology moves toward hi-def for video access possibilities around the world. Recently, I took a trip to Africa to do some work with one of the communities there. As interesting as it was, I missed home. With SlingBox in my notebook, and the community’s DSL connection, I was able to receive, view, and listen to my TV from the USA. It’s like a taste from home! My journeys woul…
How do I get Direct TV to stop sending me e-mails?
“Every” month Direct TV sends me a copy of someone’s monthly bill. I have repeatedly written them requesting they stop sending me the e-mails as I am not the person on the bill. I DON’T EVEN HAVE DIRICT TV. But despite their repeated promises to discontinue sending them to me, they came again today. This has been going on for 7 months.
Are they just stupid?

Why have the Mormon’s been trying to get their word out?
It seems that during the last year that the Mormon’s have been on a greater push to get their word out (television, internet). Is there any particular reason for that happening now?
There have been a number of times when one religion or another has made an advertising “push” and these folks are no different. I remember when it wasn’t unusual to see a message from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints “The Mormons” to be followed by a message from the Methodists. The messages were similar in style and appeal.
As far as an increased presence on the internet, there is also an increased presence of all religions on the internet, so it is a matter of discovering the technological tool of tomorrow and making use of it.
If you are looking for a reason behind the “push,” you evidently missed the previous leader (Gordon B. Hinckley) on 60 Minutes and Larry King a number of years ago. If anything, the presence of the leadership in the press has dropped.
Tabernacle Choir tours are usually annual events for that organization and you may be aware of their presence in your area (the midwest). They visited Chicago a couple of years ago after a 23-year absence.
Another thing is that Mormonism is becoming more well known. They usually have a presence in most towns, including the Bible belt, where the anti-rhetoric against the Catholics, JWs, SDAs, and Mormons tend to be emphasized. This presence is waking up many to the fact that Mormons are not the crazed idiots many make them out to be, despite concerns expressed by the SBC over their own drop in proselyting non-believers for Jesus.
Edit Add: While Mitt Romney was in the running for the Republican nomination, the Huckabee campaign emphasized his Mormon nature, but Romney wasn’t the first. The first was another relative (another Romney) who ran during the Viet Nam war, but developed a case of hoof-in-mouth disease when he said that we Americans had been “brainwashed” over what was really going on in Viet Nam (it turns out he was correct, but the statement was a political disaster).
Politically speaking, Mormons have had their presence in politics. Ezra Taft Benson was Eisenhower’s Secretary of Agriculture. David Kennedy served as Secretary of the Treasury under a later president. Benson went on to become one of the presidents of the LDS church.
